Therapy For Kids
Being a kid is hard at any age. Cyberbullying, drugs, ADHD, family/peer problems, depression and anxiety are just a few of things that bring kids to the therapy room. Many kids benefit from individual therapy and some form of family therapy. In individual sessions, they can talk about whatever they need to and learn new skills to help them better cope with the things they are dealing with. In family therapy, parents can learn how to better deal with the issues their kids are facing and work on improving trust, empathy, communication, and connection.
